ARCTIC SKY LAPLAND
The couple’s love of good food, simple and slow living and unspoilt nature is evident in every aspect of Arctic Sky in Lapland. It is hardly surprising that the place is praised in social media posts: it is located amidst wild Lappish nature, where guests can enjoy Minna and Aarno's warm hospitality, personal service and authentic Lapland atmosphere. At Arctic Sky, visitors can connect with Lapland’s nature and themselves through various activities. The most popular activity is definitely aurora hunting, but Arctic Sky is also a great place to ski, snowshoe, relax in the forest, do yoga and make natural cosmetics.
To ensure personal service, Minna and Aarno want to keep their operations small scale – Arctic Sky serves and accommodates 20 people at a time. Guests can stay either in the communal Arctic Sky Chalet or in forest suites, all equipped with Familon’s beds. Arctic Sky opted for beds and top mattresses that can be used as single beds or converted into double beds. Familon's firm beds and plush duvets have received plenty of positive feedback. Guests at Arctic Sky say they sleep well "despite the circumstances" – during the winter, the alarm clock goes off several times a night for Northern Lights tours.
