Products and their delivery costs are paid in connection with the order. In the Familon Professional online store, you can pay for your order via the online payment button of any Finnish bank or by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard.
You can also choose to pay by invoice (Walley B2B Invoice), in which case the purchase is paid only after you have received the products. You can pay for orders of up to EUR 5,000 (VAT 0%) by invoice.
Online banking
You can pay for your order via the online payment button of any Finnish bank. If you have a username and password provided by your bank and are paying for online purchases, you will be forwarded from our online store website to your bank for a short while to pay for the products you have chosen directly from your bank account. The payee is Paytrail Oyj, which handles the payment processing for the Familonpro.com online store.
Payments with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard
Paying with payment card in the Familonpro.com online store is easy and secure. The card payment is handled by Shopify Payments. During the payment transaction, credit card information is always processed in a secure network connection. Card numbers are not stored in the information systems of the online store or Shopify.
Payments by invoice
You can also pay for your order in the Familon Professional online store by invoice (Walley B2B Invoice). With Walley Business Invoice offered by Paytrail Oyj, Finnish companies can pay for online purchases easily with a 30-day interest-free payment period. Norion Bank AB acts as the creditor.
You can choose invoice as the payment method when the value of the purchase is up to EUR 5,000 (VAT 0%). No upfront payment required. Invoice fee €4.95. Terms and possible additional fees are defined by Walley.
How to pay:
1. Select Walley Business Invoice as the payment method.
2. Enter the company name and Business ID.
3. Complete the purchaser’s details and proceed to payment.
4. Add a reference or e-invoice address if needed.
