WENDRE FINLAND OY’S WAREHOUSE HAS MOVED TO ESTONIA IN EARLY 2025
Our warehouse is located in Pärnu, in our own factory. This change supports our corporate values, one of the most important of which is protecting the environment. The new location reduces the environmental impact of transport by eliminating the need for intermediate storage in Heinola. The move also helps us streamline Wendre Group’s operations. For example, transporting and handling products requires less time than before. We will continue to ensure fast and reliable deliveries to our customers.
Stock products
If the products you have ordered are ready in stock, the delivery time is usually 3–8 working days from the date of order, depending on the delivery method you choose.
We try to ensure that we always have enough products in stock. However, if the products you ordered are not in stock, the delivery time of your order will be the delivery time of delivery sales products, 4–6 weeks.
Delivery sales products
Delivery sales products are made to order, and, in general, their delivery time is 4–6 weeks. If the products are made faster, they may also be delivered faster.
General information
Please always check the chosen product delivery method in the Familon Professional online store’s product information page. You can see the delivery time by selecting the size and quantity of products you need. The delivery time is indicated on the product card, in the product’s price information.
If products with a different delivery time definition are ordered with the same order, e.g. stock products and delivery sales products, the order is generally always delivered in one shipment. The delivery takes place as soon as all the products in the order are available for delivery.
