Direct delivery to the entered address.

The order will be delivered to the address indicated in the order. We deliver larger products and larger quantities only directly to the address entered by the customer. The time of delivery will always be notified in advance by text message or phone. The price is determined by the total amount of your order.

Delivery methods and costs

The Familon Professional online store delivers your order directly to the address you give.

We deliver directly to addresses in mainland Finland with a fixed road connection. You can only enter one delivery address per order. All products ordered from the Familon Professional online store are delivered directly to the entered address.

You can check the delivery method options for the products you have ordered in the online store by adding the products to your shopping cart and filling in the postal code of the delivery address. This will show you the possible delivery options for your order. If the delivery information in your shopping cart does not show the delivery method you are looking for, it is not possible for the order.

VAT is 0% for all Familon Professional online store delivery costs.

Direct delivery to the entered address

Orders can be delivered directly to addresses in mainland Fixed with a fixed road connection.

All products in the online store can be delivered directly to the address given by the customer via home delivery. Larger products (such as beds, flat mattresses and top mattresses) and larger quantities are always delivered directly to the address given by the customer. Please check the delivery method of the product in the delivery method menu of your shopping cart.

The time of delivery will always be notified in advance by text message or phone. If you have any special requests or restrictions regarding the delivery of your order, please enter them in the additional delivery information field when placing your order. As a rule, the order will be delivered during the working day following the shipment between 8 am and 4 pm. The parcel will be delivered to the delivery address that is indicated in the order and that allows vehicle access. The parcel is unloaded by the carrier in the immediate vicinity of the vehicle using a tail lift and a pallet truck or a loading device used by the recipient. The parcel will be delivered only to the recipient indicated in the order. Please note that the orders are always delivered to the ground floor entry (not inside buildings).

If the recipient is not present or delivery is not possible by normal or agreed delivery times, the products will be returned to the carrier’s warehouse.

When the driver brings you the delivery, check that the delivery has arrived at the right place and you are entitled to receive it, the package number of the delivery corresponds to the package number of the consignment note and the delivery is externally intact. If you notice damage without unpacking, complete a notice, i.e. an accurate description of the damage, in the consignment note upon receipt. In the event of damage that cannot be detected without unpacking, you have seven (7) days (excluding public holidays) to make a written complaint.

The delivery charge for home delivery is based on the total value of the order (VAT 0%).

The exact delivery cost of your order will be displayed in the online store order after you select home delivery as the delivery method.
